This mat if perfect for my treadmill and my exercise bike. It has a good thickness and hardness. The equipment does not slip and slide on the mat or sink down into the mat. I size is perfect, not too long lengthwise or too short widthwise. Of course Amazon’s selection and pricing was the best.
